Our Tuesday Evening Clinics are currently every other week for patients to come in and see a provider. Please check out our calendar to see when the next clinic date is. Give a call to schedule an appointment with our friendly office staff!
Services
Living Well Clinic provides primary care medical services by appointment and for walk-in patients on Tuesday evenings. Care is provided by LWC’s clinical team, which is made up of a combination of volunteer Physicians and Certified Nurse Practitioners.

Patient Eligibility
Living Well Clinic is open to all residents of the Miami Valley area in Ohio. We serve those who are both uninsured and/or underinsured. If you have insurance but have an exorbitant deductible or co-pay, you are eligible!! If you have any questions about your eligibility, please call!
